I have recently found an entry that states that Fred Sawyer m. Hattie Schooley 12/19/1855 in Town of Caroline. It lists Freds parents as Warren Sawyer and Abbie Spear and Hattie's parents as Nathaniel Schooley and Clarrisa Heffron. If anyone has any information on any of these people I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks

I am also looking for information on Esther Seacoy who married a Mr. Ray abt 1807 d/abt 1820, Onondaga Co. NY. Esther then married Nathan Rose. Both Esther and Nathan have not been found after 1870 census for Tioga Co. NY. Any help on this family would be greatly appreciated.

Warren and Abbie are related to our families but not direct ancestors, so I haven't researched them further.

There are two very helpful places you can check for more info. The Town of Caroline Historian is very helpful and resourseful and so is the Candor, Tioga Historical Society- very kind and helpful people. Warren & Abbie resided in Candor in 1860, as did Warren's parents, before moving back to Caroline, Tompkins.
