What I'm specifically looking for is a case involving a Barbarry Wimer vs. William Gelkinson/Gilkinson. The Court Order Book mentions it on April 13, 1773 (p. 167), July 15, 1773 (p. 231), and September 18 (p. 295). I would like to know why she took him to court and what their agreement was that resulted in discontinuing the case.
