Mary Elizabeth Mayhugh Dickson was the daughter of James and Elizabeth Elliott Mayhugh. She was born Jan. 29, 1830, Morgan Co., OH, married George Dickson Sept. 5, 1848, Athens Co., OH and died March 28, 1920 in Norwood, OH. She and George Dickson had 10 children, all born in Athens Co.. I understand that they divorced, but I don't have the date. Write me directly if you want the names of their children.
I have the names of Mary Elizabeth's siblings and some information on her father's siblings but nothing on her mother's family....the Elliotts. Believe that we have corresponded before.

I only have information on the Dickson family. I am the g-g-daughter of Hiram Dickson, brother of George, Robert, John, and James. Does anyone know if they had a sister, Pura?

Lois, I believe that we have e-mailed each other in the past. Someone, perhaps it was you, told me that the daughter Pura was not healthy.....possibly handicapped....and did not make the trip to Wisconsin with her family. She remained with her maternal or paternal grandparents, possibly in Morgan Co., OH.
