Jesse Hutson (aka Hudson) married Jane Taylor in Botetourt Co, VA. She was the d/o Isaac Jr - who were Jesse's parents and siblings?

Could you please list a timeframe? I have an early Hutson connection but she wasn't in Botetourt Co., VA. Thanks

For several years I have been looking for the husband of Jane Hudson HOH (Head of Household) in 1810 and 1820 Montgomery Co. Her son is Allen Hutson of Ripley, IN.

Then I read a Will for Isaac Taylor, died 1801 in Montgomery Co f/o a Jane Hutson! Another researcher shows Jane Taylor's husband as Jesse married in 1787 Botetourt Co VA.

Copy of marriage bond attached. This is not my family I am only trying to help. Marriage bonds normally do not give parents of the groom.

This appears to be permission by Isaac and Jane Taylor to allow a Mr Hutson to marry their daughter

The daughter's name is not listed nor is the given name for Mr Hutson.

Was there another side to this document that listed jane Taylor and Jesse Hutson and the bride and groom?

I got his from Loretta at the Botetourt Co, VA Clerk's office - the Bond and the Parents Consent

The condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas there is a marriage shortly intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound Jesse Hudson and Jane Taylor both of this Parish if therefore there should be no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force etc --- Jesse his X mark Hudson seal --- William Taylor seal --- illegible Poindexter (abstract reads James Poindexter, depty clerk)
