I found this record on an Oregon database:
Name: Ryan, Lucy County: Umatilla Marriage Date: 03 Jun 1909
Unfortunately, this record does not give the grooms surname. I cannot find a death record or obit for Lucy unless I know her newest married name. Can anyone help?

I did a search for Umatilla, 03 Jun 1909 in the Oregon Marriage Index and there were only two men married for that date. Jack Moore and Robert J. Smith.

I am really nowhere on finding who Lucy Ryan married, sometime after 1899 in either Umatilla County, or possibly Walla Walla. I found one more marriage entry for a Lucy A. Ryan on August 1, 1904, in Oregon as I remember. Is there any way to find out who the spouse was?

I have made no progress on discovering who Lucy Ryan married after her divorce from Thomas Ryan in 1899. One marriage entry for Lucy A. Ryan, which does not show spouse's name was dated August 1, 1904. Is there any way to see who the spouse was?

I don't know how you would find out who the spouse was since the marriage was in 1904 and the Oregon Marriage Database on ancestry.com starts in 1909 or is it 1906?? My suggestion would be to contact a volunteer with Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness for Umatiila County and see if they could look up the marriage for you. Then you would know if she was indeed married in Umatilla County and who the spouse was. And since you have the exact date of the marriage, it would be an easy lookup.

Perhaps this is a different Lucy Ryan, but there is a Lucy Ryan who married Jack Moore on 3 Jun 1909 in Umatilla County.
