I am trying to find a copy of my Marriage license in Baja from 1966.Can anyone tell me how to do that? I am trying to establish citizenship since I have no birth certificate, this document will establish that I was born in California, I need this within 90 days or will have to reapply for my passport.

Most states have an office where you can call and order
certified copy of your marriage certificate.
