I understand that the last of my Great Grandmother's Ventre Family line is in St.Thomas and hope to contact any of the few left. I am in surch of anyone with information on a Eugene greaux
that owned greauxs butcher shop on St.Thomas during the early 1900's . Eugene was my grandfather and i seek any information that you may have on him or my grandmother.
They both originally were from St.Barths. Anything at all
would be greatly appreciated as i am the youngest of there grandchildren. The only picture i have seen of them is my grandfather in his casket.

My husband is the grandson of Andoche Burnett and Lillian Lydia Duzant from St. Martin. Many of the families traveled island to island. I have little information on the family and I am interested in sharing.

I believe I may have some infomation for you. My
grandmother had a brother named Louis, who had a son named Sonny. He married a woman by the name Mercedes. Would they be your parents? Please reply if you are still out there. I tried to email you at the listed address and it was returned.

I think that you are trying to communicate with Raefael Greaux, however I hope that you will email me on the Greaux Family and other related families of St.Barths and St.Thomas as I also have an interest. My great great grandmother was Jeanne Rose Greaux who was born in St.Barths about 1814 and married my great great grandfather Eustache LaPlace and later moved to St.Kitts dying there in 1879.

I have the large M. Deveau "Genelogie des Greaux" and will share where needed. Simply send me names and rough dates and I will locate your line.

My grandfather left St Barts for St Kitts. His name was Edgar Greaux. His father was swedish I believe. His first wife died and leave my grandfather and sisters behind. After he married again, my grandfather ran away with his sisters to St Kitts. There he married a Ernestine Laplace (My grandmother). He died in 1936 and was in his 80s.

Hi. My family surname is Magras from St. Thomas. My grandfather was Antoine Magras born on this island in 1913 and died on 1958. He married Marie Josephine Greaux from St. Barths. If you have any further info it will be greatly appreciated. I need to see how far back I can trace my roots!
