Oldest brother of my grandfather was Rev. Sydney Smith Davis who was b 22 May 1854 in Bartholomew Co, IN and d 20 Feb 1928 in Sheridan Co, NE. He m Delilah Jane Moss 5 April 1883 in Green Co, IN. At least three of their children lived in NE. William Arlie m Gladys Griffith; Viola Opal m Walter Byers; Jesse R. m Verta Neil; Joseph Melvin m Cora Killion. I believe Jesse stayed in IN. Would love to correspond with anyone connected to this family.

I have a Smith S Davis married a Delilah Moss here father was Aquilla and Sahara Moss I do not have much on them.
Joseph Marian Moss was my great grandfather he is buried in cemetery ar Rushville, Nebraska I remember him very well.
