Hi,
I saw your posting and did a quick search in Ancestry, the only thing I could come up is an obit for another sister Jean, from 2004, that has Selah preceding her in death.
I didn't find anything in the Social Security index for Selah.

I found telephone listings:
Name: Selah Swanser
Address: 413 Broadway Ave
City: Culbertson
State: Montana
Zip Code: 59218
Phone Number: 406-787-5768
Residence Years: 1993 1994 1995

Here is the obit, you might be able to contact
a relative from the obit who might know how Selah died.
