According to information here on Ancestry.com and elsewhere Eliza, living with husband David in Upper Penns Neck, Salem county, N.J. had two daughters--Mary C. and Ella L. and, I belive, at least two more daughters, Jennie E.--my great-grandmother, and her sister Anna R., and Eliza died in Upper Penns Neck on 6 Aug 1864.

While Eliza was apparently born in Delaware, there is no information that I can find which identifies who her parents were--and there are many Wyatt families in the 1850 Census of Delaware.

Anyone have information about who Eliza's parents might have been?

I looked for any Wyatts (born in Del)in Salem County in 1850, but didn't find any.

There was a Peter Wyatt (born about 1836 in Del) in Salem Co in 1860. In 1850 he was in Delaware.
