Need updated listings for both of the above cemetaries. I have ancestors buried in both and am trying to fill in blanks on dates etc. If anyone knows where I can obtain copies of the lists of "residents" for both of these cemetaries, please let me know. Cher

I have just recently found out that my father is buried there. Do you have access or knowledge of this cemetary?

Charlotte. Yes, Charles is buried at Jennings Lake. The cemetary records list:

It also lists:

Dollie Mae Hartsfield 9/2/1910 10/22/1986 dau of M. G. & Susie Martin

Charles Wayne Hartsfield 1/23/1941 11/10/1997 US Navy Vietnam

Karen Elaine Hartsfield 1/1/1954 no death date US Army Corp WWII

Those are the only Hartsfield's listed but the listings I have are from Jan 2002. Could be more now.

I am currently working on the Jennings Lake Cemetery for another web-site. Have a few of them already posted but will be doing the entire cemetery shortly. As I list them I am taking photos of the gravestones for posting on the web-site. Sharold also had relatives buried in Jennings Lake. I have already done several complete Gilchrist County cemeteries (with photos) for Find A Grave and am working toward doing the entire county. After Jennings Lake, Priscilla Baptist Church Cemetery will be my next. Juanita

Cher, Dollie Hartsfield was Sharold's first cousin; Susie Martin was Rube Langston's sister; Charles Wayne (Wayne) Hartsfield was an usher at mine and Sharold's wedding back in the O'Brien Baptist Church in 1956. All those gravesite photos will be included in my wrap-up of the Jennings Lake Cemetery. It might, also, interest you to know that I have completed the listings of the O'Brien Cemetery; although I only have about 1/2 of the photos posted yet - am working toward completing all photos. Somehow, I have lost the link to the name of Wayne's half-sister (or is it brother). As soon as I am finished with Jennings Lake you can go to www.findagrave.com; enter "Jennings Lake Cemetery" under the State of "Florida" and you should be able to access their gravestones. On this site you can leave messages and/or flowers for the family member (or anyone else you choose to that is listed on the site). You can, also, e-mail the poster of the memorial to have info added and/or correct errors. We welcome any verified input from family members. Anyone can post memorials, we just request that you check to see whether there is already a memorial listed to keep down duplicates. As the County Keeper of Gilchrist County for Find-A-Grave, I have to verify the info and delete duplicates.

Juanita. I have a copy of a photo someone gave me of some Stringers. Sharold is stuck smack dab in the middle of all those Stringers> Was he related in any way to the Stringer clan? Cher looks like you are still helping others..I'm back to looking for more family members but I am working on the Faircloth sided to see if I can knock down some of the wall that has built up. Gilchrist and Levy both have a sites that will lead you to the buriel sights with usally names and dates...Levy will even help you with relitives also.
