I have attempted to download this software to my computer which uses Windows XP. The software has been blocked by my anti-virus program and indicates it contains a trojan. How do I get a clean copy of the file to do checking for the Stirlingshire Project?
Thank you, Bonnie Paton-Pietruch

Both Norton and Kaspersky still report WinCC31.exe as having a Trojan backdoor

Contact your coordinator who will explain the steps to remove this incorrect report. For the umpteenth time, there is NO TROJAN in WINCC. Both Norton and Kaspersky are aware of this false report and both have certified that there is no Trojan in WINCC.

Thank you for the reply - if you noticed, this was posted originally 2 years ago and I have been transcribing and checking since then. My coordinator for Scotland clarified for me.

I was replying to the posting of 2 days ago by someone else. Yes, this chestnut arises every few months, despite the FeeCEN leadership having resolved the issue with all major anti-virus program suppliers years ago. The emphasis of my reply was and will continue to be that there is no Trojan in WINCC.
