Leon Konstantinovitch SMIRNOV (Governor of Ufa in 1895) married to Alexandra Andreevna LEVACHOV (CHEV/SHEV/SHOV), 1 daughter (great-mother of my wife : Vera SMIRNOV).
They're from Count LEVASHOV family (we still have little portraits.) but I cannot make link about this family...
