When Adelaide (Barkley) Dix died on 8 Feb 1963, her obit mentioned that her funeral service was held at Sellers Grove PA. I have not been able to find Sellers Grove anywhere in PA, but a reference in ancestry.com cites Adelaide Dix in the Delaware County Times, March 28, 1963. Adelaide was survived by a daughter, Marian Dicks, and three grandchildren, John, Carol, Salley Dicks. Adelaide's listing in the Social Security Death Index, just states that she was in PA. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to pursue this line farther?

May be Selinsgrove, although it's not near Delaware County.

Best thing is to order a copy of her death certificate.

It will provide her place of burial.

I wish I knew where she died. Her obit appeared in a MS newspaper, where she is buried, but the obit only states that the funeral was in Sellers Grove PA. PA requires the county and city when requesting a death certificate.
