We have a Mary Kriaski Campbell who died 1940 to 1952
in Edwardsville or Kingston or Wilkes-Barre.

She married a Hugh Campbell in Apr 1927.

Newspaper obits searches would take forever... Any ideas?

Hugh died in WB in 1962. She is not mentioned in his Obituary.

If you have access to Wilkes-Barre city directories, you might be able to narrow the time frame to a two year window.
However with a little more effort, you can now check the PA Dept. of Health's on-line index of deaths. They are large pdf files arranged alphabetically by year. When opened, they may be indexed alphabetically or by soundex code depending on the year.

several family trees listed on Della
i don't know how to open up Public trees i would think thta this is her
