Catherine Rhenish, 85,
formerly of Philipsburg
and recently of Winooski,
Vermont, died Saturday
Dec. 20, at 5:05 p.m. in St
Peter's Hospital, Albany, N.Y.
Born in Ramey Oct. 10,
1901, she was the daugh-
ter of Peter and Anna
(Mindeck)Timchik.
She was preceded in
by her husband,
John Rhenish, in 1955;
her parents; and four
sisters.
Mrs. Rhenish is surviv-
ed by these children,
George of Phillipsburg,
Edward of Parma Heights,
Ohio, and Mrs. Mary
Ann Belko of Winooski,
Miss Leona Rhenish of
Albany and Richard of
Denver, Colo.; 14 grand-
children and 16 great-
grandchildren.
She was a member of
the National Slovak
Society.
Services will be held
Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
at St. John the Baptist
Greek Orthodox Church,
Hawk Run, with the Rev
R. Michael Zak of-
ficiating. Interment will
follow in the church cem-
etery.
Friends will be receiv-
ed from 6 to 10 p.m.
tomorrow at the Strange
and Weaver Home for
Funerals, Morrisdale,
of Paranachida will
be said at 7 p.m. and a
memorial service will be
held Wednesday at 10
a.m.
