I have traced my Paternal Grandfather, Lorenz GSCHWENDTNER, b.12.Jun.1867, to the above location, in the Parsberg Parish. I have records for his descendants from 1897 to 2010.
It is reported that 3 other brothers also immigrated in the late 1800's ... I have located 1 in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area but have not found links for (1) Josef b.25.Feb.1862 or (2) Sebastian b.19.Jan.1864.
A respected Professional German Researcher has provided records for this line from the 1700's back to the late 1500's. They start in the Miesbach District centered around the GMUND area and migrate East. While the surnames are present (and often the spouse), I have FEW siblings ID'ed.
I am seeking viable links to the surname (and variants) for the above location and/ or links to GSCHWENDTNER families having GMUND connections.

My husband is a decedent of Johann Gschwendtner, born 1860. I do not have any info on his family of origin. He died in Bad Tölz, Bavaria 1946, and I am wondering if there is a connection since Tölz is just a few miles from the town of Miesbach. Can you help?
