I have some very interesting information about this man and am desperate to find his descendants. He was the son of John Raymond Dulong and Jennie Muse. Anybody with any info?

I am living in Woburn and I have always thought of moving to Canada for some reason I believe it is from richard DuLong our first ansestor.

Charles Walter Dulong's father, John Raymond Dulong, was my grandmother's brother. Raymond was born in Eel Brook, Nova Scotia in 1868. I have fair amount of information on the Dulongs that settled in the North Ward of Wakefield.

I have two Raymond Dulongs in my file: One is the son of Jean Dulain and Anne Scholastique Doucet, and the other is the son of Jean Dennis Dulain and Genevieve Mius. Are either of these your John Raymond? Please feel free to post additional information about him and his family group.

The Raymond Dulong that I mentioned, in my original message, is the son of Jean Dulong and Rose Anne Doucette. My family tree on the Dulong side has two paths. My father's parents were both Dulongs. I decend from from Eudes Walter Dulain on my Grandmother's side and from Oliver Martin Dulain on my Grandfather's side. These were both sons of Louis Dulain and Apoline Marie Frontain, the first Dulain / Dulong family to begin in NovaScotia.
