Looking for info on Bernard Kiernan -Ireland>Australia app. mid 1800's(?).
Family information:

(husband)Kiernan-(wife)Dolan in Co. Cavan, Ireland

They had 13 children-PAT,TOM,HUGH,BERNARD,MIKE,ED,JOHN,MARY,ELLEN,BRIDGET,ANNE,CATHERINE(KATE),MAGGIE Kiernan.

I am looking for any info on any of the above-the only info I have:

Bernard moved to Australia was a sheep farmer and had 13(?) children--

Maggie lived in U.S.(N.Y.,N.Y)--

Catherine(Kate) m. Michael McCabe(from Co. Leitrim) in Brooklyn,NY app. 1886-(my great grandparents)-had 5 children-
MaryAnn(Died 6 mo.),Kate,Anne,John,Hugh(my grandfather).

Would like to know if any of Bernard's siblings also went to Australia as family has no recollection of them and what became of Bernard's family line. My Aunt(in her late 70's) recalls my grandfather telling her that Bernard became a "wealthy" sheep farmer and he went on to become "The Lord Mayor"(of?).

Other names found in my grandfathers address and phone book that she THOUGHT might be related to Bernard:

Groarke-Bernadette, Stephan, Theresa
Riley
Rudden
Other unknown-Gough,Young,Plunkett

Wish to exchange information with anyone who's family lines seem to match. Thank you for reading-
