1910 Scott Co. federal census: need help!

I need help deciphering a name listed in the 1910 Scott Co,
Minnesota, federal census. On sheet 29A (Jordan) is listed a
woman by the first name of Antonie, aged 47, born in Bohemia. I cannot make out her surname! The 1900 federal census for Jordan is *equally* unclear. The name looks like it could be "Premlisch" or "Priminal"; I simply cannot tell. Would someone with access to that roll of census film be willing to take a look at that page and tell me what they think the name is? And, if possible, if it's a familiar Jordan or wider Scott County surname? I suspect that the woman in question may be a younger sister of Josef Podvolecky (1855-1923) of Raboun, Bohemia, and Jordan. Thank you!

The name is spelled PREMLISCH. I found no other names spelled similarly in the Sand Creek/Jordan area.

On my family line, I have an Antonette Podvolosky. Everyone called her "Pod",lived 1862-1942. She married George Goebal in 1878 in Jordan, S cott, MN.
Antonette's sibblings were:
Frances Caroline b. 1858 and
Joseph b. 1860.
In my family history, it appears that the two girls married Goebel brothers.
I have don't have much information other than this. I don't know who Joseph married. I also am wondering on the spelling of Podvolosky.
Just beginning my research. It looks like their parents were John and Anna (nee Monzelka).
Anything would help.
Thanks, Mindy.

Mindy,
Antonia married George Goebel and Frances married Henry Goebel in a double wedding in April 1879 in Jordan. Both of these families later moved to Long Praire, MN, although most of George's children were born in Jordan. Think I have obits of John and his wife who are buried in Spirit Hill Cem in Jordan. If you contact me via E-mail with your mailing address, I will send copies.
Hope this helps,
Betty

Surnames: Podvolecky, Kucera
I am thrilled to discover Podvolecky researchers - it is such a rare name. I am the great-great granddaughter of Frantiska (Francis) Podvolecky Kucera, born in 1850 in Raboune, Bohemia. In the late 1870s and early 1880s, in Jordan, Scott Co., Frantiska and her family were "next-door neighbors" to Jan (John) Podvolecky (b. 1830)and his family. I am certain that these people are closely related, I just don't know exactly how.

Frantiska and her husband, Jan Kucera, and their oldest son Joseph emigrated from Bohemia to Scott County, Minnesota in 1874. They were accompanied by a 16-year-old boy named John Podvolecky, who I believe was probably Frantiska's younger brother or cousin. The names of her parents are given on
her death certificate as Josef and Anna Podvolecky.

I'd like to think that Jan and Anna Podvolecky are Frantiska's parents, and that Joseph is perhaps John Joseph or Joseph John, but I think it's more likely that they are her aunt and uncle, as Jan and Anna had a daughter named Frances (who married Henry Goebel) who was 9 years younger than my ancestor Francis.

We have a vague family story - perhaps considerably altered by time - that Jan Kucera had a falling out with his wife Frantiska's brother (1st name unknown) over something to do with land, which was not resolved in Jan Kucera's favor. The Kuceras subsequently severed ties with the Podvolecky family and moved to South Dakota, eventually ending up in SW Washington state. We also have a photograph of the baptism of one of their younger children, Adolf, which has been cut in two - a woman (part of whose dress is showing on each side) has been scissored out! This seems to support the story of the family feud. I'm thinking the woman was probably Jan's wife, Anna Podvolecky, who was probably Frantiska's mother, aunt, or sister-in-law.

Does anyone know how these Podvoleckys are related? I've been trying to figure them out for years and am
up against a complete genealogical brick wall!
