I'm not having luck finding the grave of Civil War veteran, buried near or in Smyrna, Clarke, IA. His widow's pension record has a statement from Jemima Staley, postmaster, that his grave has a government slab. Can anyone help? The soldier was Richard Milo Stoughton, Co. D, 39th Reg. Iowa Volunteers.

This was a Quaker cemetery. I would appreciate any info. on where to look for grave.
