Would like info on the following families of southern Patrick Co Va / Stokes Co NC (Collinstown area). Am particularly interested in info about George Washington
Mitchell b. 1805 d. 1870. Lived in Peter's Creek area. Purchased 194 acres of land from William Boyles of Stokes Co around 1830.

I recently discovered that my 5th gr-grandmother's family came from Peter's Creek, Stokes Co., Celia HALL m Thomas LAWSON c1793 Stokes Co., NC. Her father Randolph/Randall HALL was b in Peter's Creek m Thomas LAWSON'S sister? c1775 Peter's Creek. Randolph was the son of Nathan HALL b 30 Jul 1738 Peter's Creek, Stokes Co., NC. I know very little about this HALL family. I am hoping that you have heard of them before and might have additional information.
