Doing research for publication on ethnic German immigrants from Veszpem County, 1890 - 1965. Have investigated following cities where they congregated: NYC(Manhattan & Bronx only], Newark NJ, Paterson NJ, Bethlehem PA, Nutley NJ, Allentown PA, Perth Amboy NJ, New Brunswick NJ, Northhampton PA, Bridgeport CT, Montreal Canada.
Need to know other cities where they congregated including neighborhoods, Churches they attended, clubs they formed, newspapers they published.

I have a Jozsef (Joseph) Sos that lived in Bridgeport, CT. He was b. 17 Apr. 1867 in Vesprem Megye Hungary. I am not sure when he immigrated to USA, But he married Zsuzsanna Bodnar of Kovacsvagas, Abauj Megye Hungary in Bridgeport abt. 1912-1914. Jozsef Sos (Soos) d. 11 Feb. 1942 in the Hillside Nursing Home, Bridgeport, CT. I have census reports for 1930-31-33 & 35. That lists him at 405 Spruce St, Bridgeport, CT. I would be greatful for any info on him before he immigrated to USA.

They also immigrated to Philadelphia, PA. One of the churches I know they attended was St. Peter the Apostle Church in Philly. My husband's family came over in 1901.
