Hello, Julia Mabry died Nov. 30, 1907 in Oak Grove, Pendleton County. Can someone tell me what newspaper would have existed in that area at that time? And, if so, what library may possibly have it? THANK YOU

The newspaper was The Pendleton Times. The library in Franklin does not keep old copies like that. Collections may be found at the Wise Library on the campus of the University of West Virginia in Morgantown and in the state archives at Charleston. WVU has the most complete collection. You can look on their websites and see what issues they have.

Actually, the Pendleton Times did not begin publication until 1913. In the 1907 the paper would have been the South Branch Review.
