Ohio. Somewhere along the line, they Americanized the last name to Anslover. There is also another spelling: Anzlavar. All three spellings are in evidence on tombstones at St. Joseph Catholic cemetery, Massillon
Ohio. My immigrant grandparents were John Anslover and Louisa. They had 6 children: John,
