Looking for info on Lillie McBee who married Clarence Rogers. Have no futher info. Would appreciate any leads or info. I know they raised their family in Tn. Clarence Sherman was one of their sons who was my grandfather.

my gggrandfather had a brother named John McBee. John McBee had a daughter named Lillie McBee. Her mother was named Hala Mahala Moore. Lillie was born in 1899. I am fairly sure they lived in Roane County Tennessee. If you think this may be the same bunch let me know. I'll share what info I have. Lutricia

All right here is what I have on Lillie's parents. Her father's name is John McBee, born 1879. He married Mahala Moore on May 8, 1896 in Roane County TN. They had the following children: Lillie, 1899 and Julia, 1900. The dates on the children could be wrong. My cousin worked on this a few years back and that came from his info. I know that John McBee was illiterate and rented his home. John McBee's father was Thomas Samuel Benton McBee. His mother was Mary Elizabeth Kearney.
