He was born on 19 Feb 1937 in Tipton and died 4 Nov 2010 in Mexico City, Mexico. He father was Samuel Clyde BALSER, born about 1900.

Keith Duane Balser's father was Samuel Clyde Balser, born April 22, 1899 and died June 7, 1955. He was married to Fern Daisy Snoderly who was born February 22, 1910. Samuel's father was William Otto Balser born July 28, 1870 and died April 21, 1918. William was married to Amanda Isabel (Martha) Tracy born March 23, 1873 and died June 21, 1955. William's father was George W. Balser born 1827 in Butler, Richland Co., Ohio and was married to Elizabeth (Eliza)Jane Beeson bofrn January 7, 1834 and died March 25, 1918. George's father was Jacob Balser born 1789 in Butler, Richland Co., OH and he was married to Mary A. Thomas who was born 1794 in Tennessee and died November 3, 1855.
Keith Duane Balser had five brothers and sisters: Infant Male Balser; Kay Eileen, Mona Lou, James Douglas and Carol Ann. Hope this helps.

Can you verify the story I have about Keith Duane Balser?
Shirley Lang and Keith Balser had a baby in 1960 in San Bernardino, California. In the hospital the baby was adopted and the birth certificate shows the adopted father and mother (not Shirley and Keith). So I think Shirley and Keith was not married.
Keith later moved to Mexico or Central America (I think). Keith had a son Keith Junior, born on 29 November 1984. Keith Junior graduated from High School in Costa Rica. In March 2011 Keith Junior graduated from the University Jesuita de Guadalajara and studied International Commerce
