I am researching a line of DAW and Barnes from Conecuh Alabama. Are there any other researchers of this line on this message board or could someone point me in the right direction.

JOHN D Barnes died Abt. 1931. He married SUSIE MAY DAW. She was born 18 Sep 1899, and died Mar 1987 in Conecuh, Alabama.

Another child born after the death of John D was Mervyn Barnes. I am not sure of the spelling of his name.

Our great great great grandfather, John Spikes Daw moved from NC to Conecuh Country around 1832. They had five sons at that time. After they moved, they had three more children.
Many of the Daw family are buried at the Owassa Cemetery, and their photos are on the gravestones.
