My great g,g,g grandfather is James Soyars, married Jane Oakes Dec. 16, 1793. What information do you have that indicates he was married previously? I am trying to locate where he was born in France, and when he came to America. Any help? Thanks.

I really have no idea about whether the James I mentioned is connected with those Chronicles. I have not heard of those before. What do you know about them? What locations do they concern?

The James Sayers I have in my line was born around 1760 and married Jane Oakes in Pittslyvania Co. Virginia.
