I want to order my 2x great-grandmother's death cert from El Paso County. I have a date of death for a woman that might be her, but I need to know her parents' names, which I don't. It seems I can order the death verification, but does that have info like parents' names? (I've never seen a TX death cert or verification, just from CA.) Otherwise I don't see what good it'll do me to order this.

That's not the person you seek. Isabel Galvan (2 Jul 1926 - 10 Jul 1926) was an infant born to Victoriano Galvan and Luz Garcia. Logon https://familysearch.org/ and setup a "free" user account with password. That's required to access/print those death certificates permitted by law. Texas mandates a 25-year waiting period for access to death certificates by the "general public". Of course that does not apply to next-of-kin. Information on death certificates is only as reliable as the knowledge of the person providing same!
