How does one print out Individual Reports or Family Group Reports for an entire tree, not just one individual people or one individual family?

If this capability does not exist,
1.) why not?
2.) and does anyone know if any other software ( e.g. Legacy) does this?

RootsMagic will do it. Just select which report you want to run. When it asks you for the people to include, choose the option to "select from a list." When the list opens, click the "mark group" button and choose "everyone in the database." Hit OK, select which options you want included in the report, then generate your report.
