Treloar, aged 56 years, of 142 Lewis St., a well-known resident of Phillipsburg, died at the General Hospital,
Philadelphia, following an operation after being admitted to the institution on Monday. He was born in
England. For a number of years he was in the grocery business here, the firm being known as
Sterner &
Treloar. During late years, he was in charge of the warehouse of the Ingersoll-Rand Co. plant in Phillipsburg.
He is survived by his widow and three sisters: Mrs. Wilson Bear of Easton; Mrs. Edwin
Kettles of
Brooklyn, and Mrs. Isaac
Dereamer of Stewartsville. He was a member of Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church,
Montana Lodge No. 23,
Knights of Pythias, and Phi Sigma club.
The funeral will be held from his home Monday afternoon a 3 o'clock and interment in Phillipsburg cemetery.
