Does anyone know the SANDY family of Vessigny? Mr Harry SANDY is my maternal grandfather's brother. Both had had very large families and did not live near to each other so the families did not keep apart. I am currently doing some work on my grandfather's family and I would really appreciate any help I can get.

Hi VegasNelson,
I appreciate your response. Do you know where these Sandys came from? Would you be willing to find out for me? There are quite a lot of us around, so I need to be specific if I am not to get distracted. But even so, if this is a new line I do not know of, then I can add it to my list for future lines of enquiry. Thanks!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I'm told the Sandy are from Teteron Bay, Chaguaramas. Hope that helps!

Hi! Did you ever see any connect if your Harry Sandy might be Harris Sandy? I'm told Harris had two girls. If you're willing to divulge the names of your direct line, I can check my tree. I'm hopeful if nothing else since I do not know this side of the family at all. samba doll 84 at yahoo. Thanks!

Hi Vegas Sorry to disappoint you. But my Uncle Harry had quite a large clan. Of course, it is possible that they may have been related. Where did your Harris live? Where did the Sandys feature in your tree? How did they come into it? And how did you find them?
