I am looking for anyone who knows or is related to Oliver John Willoughby. He was born in England around 1944. He was married (as far as I know) had 2 sons, but left before the 2nd one was born. He also had a daughter in New York. He Married my mother between 1970-1976 to obtain canadian citizenship. His last know place of residence was Toronto Ont. Can (1980). If any one has any information that could help me locate him, I would be forever grateful!
