I did find the marriage data, but information drys up after the marriage. I have a couple of suggestions also:
The Washington Digital Archives:
http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/default.aspxHas an image of the marriage of Anna C. Edstrom of Spokane and J.T. Finn of Spokane on 30 Sep 1915, by a Justice of the Peace, in Newport, Pend Oreille County, WA. Witnesses were Joe and Hazle(sic) Krogmoe. He was also identified as John Thomas Finn (no image).
A second marriage is noted on 10/23/1929 between Anna Edstrom Finn to G.R. Quinn. Anna was a resident of Whitefish, Montana, second marriage, age 33, born in Nand Coulee, Montana to John Edstrom of Sweden and Caroline Hastings of Sweden. G.R. 28, a resident of Spokane, his first marriage, born in Clearwater, Minnesota, to P.H. Quinn of Ireland and Mary Conley of Ireland.
The 1930 Census for Spokane, Spokane County, enumerated April 14.
Anna Quinn, lodger, age 33, born in Montana to both parents born in Sweden, married, first married age 16. Lodger at 218 W. Riverside. G.R. not present.
While this burial has an Anna C. Quinn, the birth date is off about six years...or, this birth date is wrong:

You probably need to repost in Spokane. Also the Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness has volunteers in Spokane:
http://www.raogk.org/washingt4.htmI'd suggest asking for a review of the City Directories:
The City Directories (Polks / Others) are an annual publication that lists persons living in a populated area (City, County) in alphabetical order. Later versions also had cross reference by address, but with just the head of household named. A listing would identify the person, the spouse in parenthesis, the type of employment, sometimes the place of employment and address, then the residence address of the person. If a spouse was employed, they also would be listed within the alphabetical listing of the last name. Others in the household were also so listed if employed, children were even sometimes listed as "student." Once the Subject of the search is found, the address should also be searched for others living at that household with that last name.
Also, try the same for Idaho.
