I am looking for info on Otto Hofmann, who came to the US before 1905.
I know he lived in New York City atleast until after 1905 as that
was when my aunt was born. He was married to or lived with Josepkhine
Burger.

Otto Hoffmann

I have a photo of the Hoffmann family from Adelmannsfelden, Germany. My great-grandmother was Margaret Hoffman who came to the states in early 1900's with her husband Jacob Heck. Otto is one of the names on the back of the photo....I believe he was a child when the photo was taken.

Fred: Among the other names on this photo:
Elsa, Ernst, Rosa, Wilhelm, Berta, Siegfried, Ewa, Sofia, (one that I can't make out), Marta, little Marta, Otto and Friedrich. It also is written:
Haben jedes augezeichnoss. The name is Hofmann - not Hoffmann as I previously typed. I am very interested to know if you have any other info on this family or if you know if Otto came from Adelmannsfelden, Ger. I also have other little clippings - one of an article from the Adelmannsfelden newspaper telling of 8 people who left for America in 1889. (I believe two of them were Margaretha Hofmann and Jakob Heck.) Hoping for a response.
