I am looking for information about my GG Grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Schiff. She was born Mary Elizabeth Bracken in Missouri in 1844. She married Joel Blood and lived in Kentucky after the Civil War. They moved to Texas and lived near Montague, I think. Her second husband's name was Schiff. I believe she died in 1938 or 1939. She was probably living with her son-in-law and daughter, Clyde and Bertha Parker, in Sulphur in the 1930s.

I would be happy to get any additional information about her.

I am looking for information about my grandmother, Grace Schiff. She was raised in Sulpher, OK, by a family named Schiff. I believe her mother's name was Mary, and she spoke of a sister named Bertha. She told us she was adopted as an infant by the Schiffs, and that they were quite old to be parents.

I feel fairly certain that we may be talking about the same family.

I did find a reference in a 1910 census to a Marely/Mosely Schiff, his wife Mary E., and a fourteen year old daughter named Grace.

I'd appreciate any information you could share about the family.
