I am descended from the Wood and Dame families of Millard County and am planning a trip to Millard County this summer for research. I was last there in 1982 and am looking for advice on where to find local records. I plan to be there for several days.

Have you included using http://www.lib.utah.edu/digital/unews/ for your research? My wife's family is from Kanosh and the old newspapaers have considerable information about who did what and in some cases made the police blotter. Some of these old newspapers are even better than any vital records that you may be able to find. Hope this helps.
