Looking for information on THOMAS JEFFERSON ASBILL who was married to Martha (maybe Martha Hightower). Found in census in 1880 in Izard County Arkansas. Children listed then were William Lane and John Asbill. William Lane is my GGrandfather.
My grandmother is.... MARY REBECCA LUCENDA ASBILLborn 1899 in Ark. (sister Lue 28 Feb 1910 in Ark, brother Charles 14 Jan 1912 in Ark and Jeff info unknown.) Her father is.... WILLIAM LANE ASBILLborn March 1877 Ark died 1936 in Texas. her mother is...LEVICA EMILINE DUNKIN (went by Emmie/Emma a lot) born Feb 1878 in Ark died abt 1933. William's father was THOMAS JEFFERSON ASBILL born abt 1855 in Arkansas. William's mother was MARTHA HIGHTOWER born abt 1858 in Arkansas. Williams brother was John Asbill born abt 1878. May have had others, but only found the 1880 census.
Information, dates, stories, anything would be great!

Hello:
Would you also be willing to share pictures of William Asbill and Levica Emmaline Dunkin? My great grandfather was George Henry Dunkin, brother to Levica Emmaline. I am also happy to share what I have as well.

Here are the few pictures I have on file that I can find right now. If I remember right, only one of the Thomas Jefferson was a match. You can tell by the dates. Not sure about that for sure though. Getting kids in school this week, but will look more next week. Contact me if you don't hear anything. You should be able to get to my family tree. There are other pictures there and they are put into context. If you can't, let me know.

hehe. This is Roxanne! I posted this message forever ago and you just found it again. I got back from Dallas last night at 11 and am sorting things here at the home. I will be diving into this and seeing what I can find out too about both Thomas Jefferson Asbill's. I'll go over your messages this month and keep you posted. Sorry I have been gone a lot this month...San Diego and Dallas. Ahh. Home, sweet home.
