Am looking for ANY information on Douglas Edward Brandel. Born Nov 7, 1912 in Meriden Conn. Parents (I think) are Edward Burton Brandel---Wife______ ____ Godwin. Douglas died in Maryland in Sept 1989. I was told that Doug left CT at age 12 or 14 with no futher family connection, and that he was raised until that time by and aunt and uncle.
Any information would be greatly appreciated, as this is my father.

All I can tell you is that he was my Grandfather. I have always wondered about his history as well.
