Skierniewice, Poland (town and district unknown). Looking for information on the MARKIEWICZ family who lived in
Skierniewice, Poland. They moved to the United States
around 1913 and settled in Jackson County, Michigan.
Frank MARKIEWICZ (dates unknown) spouse Phillis (?). Their
son: Joseph MARKIEWICZ b. 1865. Joseph m. Amelia
SHINGLER b. 1866. Her father was Joseph SHINGLER.
Joseph and Amelia had at least four children: Anna
MARKIEWICZ, b. 26 JUL 1893; Frances MARKIEWICZ,
b. 4 May 1896; Anthony K. MARKIEWICZ, b. 29 MAY 1901;
Skierniewice; Joseph MARKIEWICZ.

HI, I'm from argentina..I'm tracking down my ancectres..and I found out..they came from POLAND, SKIERNIEWICE to Argentina...my great grand father was SCHMIEL MARKIEWICZ and his sister CHAWA or HAWA MARKIEWICZ...not sure the date..but I think they came to Argentina around the 1910's !!
Do you there could be any relationship with your family?...
