In the mid-1930's my aunts and uncles were placed in the Texas Children's Home in Amarillo. I'm wondering where the records from this home might be located. Does anyone have some clues as to where I might start looking?

I too am looking for records from the orphanage. A friend's 95 year old father 93 year old aunt, both still living, were likely put there in 1920. Joseph went to an Albuquerque orphanage but Mable likely went to Amarillo and was taken in as a foster child by Amarillo County sheriff Horace and Claudia Gaither in 1920. They want to know what happened to their mother and why she didn't come back for them. They were reunited with their father in the 1940's or 1950's but cannot find their mother. Any help is muchappreciated.
Looking for Vera Seegraves Weber Stone after 1922.
