I just attempted to upload an update to my gedcom. I got this error:
Error gedcom does not start with 0 HEAD: level=

I am using Legacy software and tried to upload through Google Chrome and then Internet Explorer.

Be certain that the file you are trying to upload IS a GEDCOM file. The file name should end in .ged

This is odd. I created the file as a gedcom. I tried again, making sure I added ged to the end even though it always happened automatically before. It worked this time. Thanks, Joan!

I am also having a problem with the gedcom uploads. Once I choose my file and the upload command it immediately pops up "transfer complete" but it has not uploaded the updated gedcom. It did this on May 1st and after several attempts it finally uploaded. Have tried about six times to update this morning and it's doing it again. I have been using World Connect for over 10 years so I know I am doing it right.
