Would someone be willing to look up info on Roy Edward Lockhart, who d. 6 Mar 1962 in Crowley, please? I am looking for a death record and/or certificate and perhaps an obituary. He was 88 years old when he died and was married (to a much younger woman, but I do not have her name) and had a son James.

I'm not sure what birthplace would have been provided, but he was born in OH (his birth name was Edward R. Lockhart).

We have been desperately seeking info on this man for years and just came across new info on him, so if someone would help us out, it would be most appreciated.

I'm sorry, No I didn't look him up for some reason I haven't been searching for myself or anyone else.... I will see what I can find on him (I'll let you know something by Monday)

There are a lot of Lockhart but I didn't find a Roy Edward Lockhart. 88 years old I'm guessing he was born around 1874. I will do more searching. Was his Wife from Crowley ? Did his son James live in Crowley, La ? I think I saw a James Lockhart in the obits index...
I have to work tuesday so I will only be able to do just a little searching (I'll have all day Wednesday) I'll check the census on Wednesday.
