Hi Jennie.One of my teachers in grade school was Miss Cloward,don't know her first name .That was in Sigurd Utah.
I had a Mary Gurr in about the third grade ,also in Sigurd.
People moved around a lot in those days, anywhere they could find work .
I have a book of Uintah Co history that I can check. and I do have family living in Vernal. I will help you as much as I can.
