Hi - I am not familar with Florida. I'm trying to find an obit for a collateral line. The SSDI seems to say that he used to live in Greenville, Madison County, so what newspaper might have it? I found 2 lists and didn't see any thing that would fit.

The newspaper for Madison Couty is the Madison County Carrier or the Enterprise Recorder. They are both own by the same entity, Greene Publishing, (www.greenepublishing.com). The E-R would have been the only one operating in 1975.

However, Madison Coutny obituaries are often published in the Tallahssee Democrat or, less likely, the Florida Times-Union (Jacksonville).
