Hallo,

I am trying to find information about the parole of Edward Spillett in 1856 from Fremantle Gaol. He was transported to Fremantle on the ship "Scindian" arriving 1 June 1850 age 32 sentenced to 15 years. I understand he was paroled in 1856. I am trying to trace him which I think may be impossible. Can anyone help please. Thanks, Grace Parker

This is not about Spillett but SMITH. I notice you are searchng SMITH in England. Rather a common and hard name to search. Some while back I helped a friend with her SMITH family in Berkshire and Norfolk. Perhaps I may be able to help you.
