i don't really know some place in the south..i do have a great aunt who is still alive. she is 86 years old she was a cann i try to find out from her and let you know.

my greatgrandfather frank cann was an orphan
he came to kansas city from texas his parents died when he was three years old. my greataunt did no know what his parents names where.

Cann
, her mother's name is Annie
Cann
. I don't know where they migrated from but Bertha ended up in
Maryland
and a one child named frances

and they lived in Farmerville,
