My name is B. Iwalani Kekauoha-Masoe and I come from the Big Island of Hawaii. My husband's name is Tiuta Masoe, his family call him Fono. His dad is Tiuta Leasi who married Ne'ekia Masoe. He was born in Sasina, Western Samoa April 11, 1959. His dad passed away when he was young, so he does not remember much about his dad's side. Fono has been adopted by his mom side so his could come to Hawaii when the family came over in 1974. I would like to know more about the Leasi side of the family. Some of the family pictures that I've seen look something like my family.

The only thing I can remember is that Fono's cousin married my uncle Pane Meatoga. If you have any info on this family let me know. We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. It would be nice to for us to know the family roots. Any help would be appreciated:)

Hi Im Emily.
I just recently came back from Samoa
on the 28th of Oct 08.
My grand dad just passed away and
his funeral was in Sasina.

He was the highest Matai in Sasina, Savaii.
He has about 5 Matai Titles,

Leasi---Nanai---Leituala and two others.

My dad knows more about our family in Sasina.
Have you ever been to Sasina?

Do you know if his dad had any siblings?
If so do you know their names?
