Need help finding Claiborn's parents. He was born around 1795 in Va. He married Elizabeth ? in S.C. They were in the 1830 and 1840 census of Gwinnett County Ga. In 1850 he was in the Forsyth County Ga. census. 1860-1880 in Milton County Ga. census. Known children were Asa, Margaret, James, John, Claiborn, George Washington, Andrew Jackson, Thomas R. and female S.E. Need any help with putting Claiborn with his parents and his wife's maiden name.
Claiborn Jr. may have been the one killed in the famous WILD CAT MURDER in Forsyth County

There is a 28 year old Clarbern Vaughn on the 1860 Lumpkin Co. census in Auraria District. He is also probably listed on the 1855 tax list in Auraria District.

He is also listed in Lumpkin Co. Marriage Book B 1847-1863, page 11:

VAUGHN, Claiborn to Thomas, Elinter P.
